What changes the next move?

Situation: What is happening right now?

Constraint: What needs attention before acting?

Decision: Which response best fits the prompt?

Beyond recall

What do PMP scenario questions ask?

A scenario gives you a project situation, a constraint or change, and a decision to make. The prompt may ask what a project manager should do first, next, or best.

Instead of testing an isolated definition, these questions ask you to interpret the details and apply sound project-management judgment to the situation in front of you. Practice helps you slow down, identify the signal, and compare possible responses.
